Hussite Church in Liptovská Osada

The only church of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church in Slovakia is a rarity. But since
the church was built it has not been restored and is inexorably deteriorating. The church was built in 1930 and in 1939 the activity of the Hussite Church was banned thus the church ceased to fulfil its function. During the liberation fights Germans had a machine-gun nest on the church bell. Later in the Communism the temple was used as a storehouse. In the end the church was returned to Czechoslovak Hussite Church.
