Marian column in Ružomberok
The neo-baroque Marian column from the 19th century decorates premises in front of a municipal authority in Ružomberok. It is the only monumental outdoor sculpture in the region from this period. On top of the column there is placed an artistically valuable gold-plated statue of the Virgin Mary standing on a globe with a snake wrapped around it.
