Folk Gallery in Vlkolínec
Folk Art Gallery in Vlkolínec is located near the Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary. Visitors can admire paintings, photographs, woodcarvings, wire products, decorated gingerbread and various other items related the history of Vlkolínec and life in the village. Civic Association Vlkolínec runs the gallery. In addition to the Folk Gallery of Art visitors can also visit the exhibition of Liptov Museum – Farmer’s house and farmstead Vlkolínec. The village Vlkolínec belongs to UNESCO world heritage for its immense historical value.
