Botanical Garden of the Comenius University

Botanical Garden of the Comenius University is a big lodestone not only for lovers of domestic and exotic flora, but also for anyone who likes spending time in pleasant surroundings of a beautifully landscaped park. From the local appealing exterior expositions it is worth to mention rosery with 120 types of roses, a charming Japanese garden, exposure of frost-resistant cacti and various types of rockeries. Especially greenhouse exposures with collections of palms, bromeliads, orchids and other tropical or subtropical plants are sought after by visitors.
