Danubiana Meulensteen Art Museum

Danubiana, a museum of modern art is located on the edge of a peninsula intersecting the massive flow of the Danube, about 15 km south of the centre of Bratislava. In addition to exhibitions of paintings, sculptures and graphics of prominent native and foreign authors, visitors can admire a unique exterior complex of plastic sculptures, which does not fall behind the most famous sculpture parks in Europe. Visitors will be also astonished by the building of the museum, which is a unique architectural masterpiece resembling a boat driven by oars. Danubiana is a gallery where visitors can purchase particular artworks.
